The USA’s Best Hemp-Based Products

Not all hemp is created equal, which means not all CBD is the same. As a premium CBD company, we believe that if you want to create the best products available, Premium must be a priority at every stage. We only partner with the right people and companies to achieve a high standard of business.

We’ve Partnered with the Best.

We choose our partners very carefully. After extensive due-diligence, Kasia Organics decided to partner with some of the best growers, manufacturers, and distributors of hemp-derived phytocannabinoids in the U.S.

Kasia Organics partners with the largest manufacturer and distributor in the nation, which brings some of the world’s leading scientists to her products. These experts consult with our marketing and service groups to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information. This results in hemp extracts that are produced and refined at the highest quality.

Step1-1

Step 1: Farming

The state-of-the-art farming process enhances the quality of our hemp strains and, as a byproduct, makes our products safer, consistent, and more potent.

Every product Kasia creates starts with our natural proprietary strains of hemp that are high in CBD. All of the hemp we use is grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States.

Our farmers operate under strict guidelines while using state-of-the-art farming processes. Not only does this enhance the quality of our natural proprietary strains, but it also makes sure our products are safe, regulated and unsurpassed in their potency and consistency.

These farming processes include innovative water-saving practices. We also implement the “sea of green” approach, meaning that we grow hemp plants that mature quickly in higher density. This helps us avoid herbicide use. We plant our hemp in a way that encourages natural predators so we can avoid pesticide use as well.

Step2-1

Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing

The plants we use are dried after harvest and warehoused to complete the drying process. When we need a plant for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. The milling process adheres to the highest standards in the industry. Once processed, it is shipped to our Partners processing and manufacturing facility in Colorado.

Step3-1

Step 3: Extraction and Solids Separation

Kasia’s extraction process preserves all of the hemp’s phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. It also extracts any unwanted compounds without degrading the natural molecular structure of the hemp.

Each phytocannabinoid-rich (PCR) product contains cannabinoids from hemp plants, which means they will also contain natural terpenes, flavonoids, and amino acids. Thus, our extraction and separation process creates a product that includes a broad spectrum of natural compounds that you will benefit from.

Research shows that CBD oil has many health benefits, but experts are finding that broad spectrum products (one that contains other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes) leads to compounding benefits. They refer to this as the Entourage Effect.

While this step may seem exhaustive and like the end of the road, we are not quite done. We further press the oil to separate it from any undesirable plant solids.

The process isn’t quite done. Once extracted, undesirable plant solids like waxes and chlorophyll are removed from the oil.

Before further refinement, the hemp extract is separated from the supercritical CO2 used in the extraction process. Once this step is completed, the CO2 is recycled and used again in the distillation process.

Step4-1

Step 4: Distillation

After we extract and separate the oil, we distill it to further separate the hemp extract from the food-grade ethanol that was used in the extraction process. We are one of the few companies that uses food-grade ethanol in our extraction process.

Step5-1

Step 5: THC Removal and Refining

This is the most crucial step in our process. We remove the most minute traces of THC form the oil. THC is the compound found in hemp and cannabis that produces the “high.”

We use our proprietary technology to remove the THC and other unwanted compounds. These other compounds can include wax, chlorophyll, and plant pigments. Then we “wash” and “polish” to the oil, thereby creating the highest quality, broad spectrum CBD oil available without THC.

As you can see on our lab reports, our products contain no detectable THC.

Step6-1

Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing

We test every product for quality and potency to make sure that all the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids, and phytonutrients are consistent and pure.

Every batch of CBD oil goes through rigorous testing in our in-house lab. With the passage, each batch receives a certificate of analysis. A second layer of testing also takes place as we use third-party labs to verify the certificate.

Step7-1

Step 7: Our Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology

Some of our products go through this final stage . The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that transforms it into nano-sized emulsions. This makes it the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD in the industry.

Our competitors’ hemp oil particles are anywhere between 100 and 1000 nanometers in size. Our particles are around 25. This small size leads to much more effective absorption.

This nanoemulsion process makes our softgel formulas more bioavailable than oil-based products. In addition to our nanoemulsion process, we use other proprietary technology to create the water-soluble hemp powder used in our dog treats and energy mix — since your body has difficulty absorbing oil, this water-soluble format is also more bioavailable than standard hemp oil.

This process is why our products have two times more bioavailability than our competitors. What this is that you can use less of our products and achieve the same benefits as with our competitor’s products.
